Weather

I noted earlier this week that the weather was looking a little rough in Dodoma. Some form of thunderstorm every day. Not a big deal - though I'm hoping that is not the case when we make our brief layover stop in Kiliminjaro. The idea of flying into an airport near a mountain in a bad storm is not that appealing to me. However, when checking several sites for the weather, as well as my handy little icon on this blog, i have learned that I have no need to be concerned about the weather. All the weather stations in Tanzania have seemed to stop reporting their weather - - at least on weather.com or on weatherunderground.com That is sure one way to not get too focused on it. Not sure what kind of sign that is when they all shut down - but for now, i'm just going to pack my rain gear, and be prepared for anything.
